Card Sound Properties opened its doors in 1978, as the first independent real estate company at Ocean Reef.  In the beginning, it was only the broker and a single sales agent.  Today, Susan Bryan is the owner and licensed broker, and we have a “Dream Team” of 12 full-time year-round sales agents to serve you.  Our combined experience is approximately 250 years in real estate with 200 of those years specializing in Ocean Reef!
